Customer Frequently Asked Questions
  Q. Do you sell to the public?

A. No. We are strictly for ***WHOLESALE ONLY***. If you are located in the state of Texas, we require a valid Resale Tax ID.

Out-of-state businesses must provide proof of business ownership in the form of a Federal Tax ID #,State Resale Certificate, or Professional License #.



  Q. What is the minimum purchase?

A. Our minimum purchase is $150. All orders below $150 purchase WILL NO BE SHIPPED OUT.


  Q. What kind of shipping options do you offer?

A. We are currently using FEdex services. Effective from 3/20/2010, we are no longer offering UPS services to all locations.


  Q. What forms of payment do you accept?

A. We accept credit cards such as Visa, Master Card and Discover only.

No ***COD*** orders are accepted in our location.

Customers are liable for all shipping costs and restocking fees when an order is unpaid or refused.


  Q. What if I need to ship to an address different from my credit card billing address?

A. ***Our credit card company requires that all packages should be shipped to the credit card billing address.*** No exception !!!


If you wish to ship to an address different from your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your preferred shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address to expedite the payment process. Otherwise, your order will be cancelled because we are unable to ship to a different shipping address.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation of avoiding the fraudulent usage of credit card.

We do not tolerate credit card fraud, which is a felony. If it is determined that an attempted order is fraudulent, we will report all information to the FBI, at http://www.ic3.gov/default.aspx


  Q. Do you accept fax orders?

A. Currently, we DO Not accept faxed-in orders.


  Q. Why Should I create an account ?

A. If you create an account in this shop cart, you are able to save your profile (such as your shipping address and etc) and view your order history plus your Fedex tracking number each time your package is shipped out.


  Q. When will my order ship out?

A. Your order will be shipped out within 2 business days after your order is submitted.

We cannot guarantee same day shipping on all orders. We process all orders based on First Come First Served basis. If the customer needs to rush the order, please call us in advance.




  Q. How do I cancel my order ?

A. Please contact us immediately at admin@finesthandbagwholesale.com.

If your package has already shipped, we may be able to contact our carrier to have it rerouted to us but the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees which will be deducted from the original form of payment.

If any package is refused upon delivery attempt, the customer is liable for all shipping costs, COD charges, and restocking fees.



  Q. How long does it take for me to receive the order?

A. Our order system uses Fedex Shipping method.
You have the option to choose Fedex Ground, next day, 2nd day air, and so on.

You can always visit www.fedex.com for package transit time.



  Q. How much will my shipping costs be?

A. The shipping cost depends on the weight, dimension, and distance. The actual shipping cost will be calculated once the package is ready for shipment.



  Q. Do you have a dropship service?

A. Yes, the minimum purchase for drop ship order is $150


  Q. Do you have any discount?

A. All the prices on our website are wholesale discounted prices.


  Q. How do I change my shipping address after submitting my order?

A. Please email us immediately at admin@finesthandbagwholesale.com to correct your shipping address.

If your order has already shipped, there will be a $10.00 service fee for the correction and your shipment may be delayed for at least 1 business day.



  Q. Do you send out catalogs with your updated inventory?

A. At present, we do not have a mailing catalog. Please visit our website for the most up-to-date fashion handbags and accessories.


  Q. Do you ship to PO Box addresses?

A. Our carrier (Fedex) does not ship to PO Box address. Therefore, we are unable to ship to P.O.Box address at this point in time.


  Q. Do you have all the items showing on the website?

A. We update our inventory at the end of every day. However, because our database is not based on real time, some items may be out of stock by the time we ship out the order. Therefore, your order might not be 100% fulfilled. Your credit card will not be charged until we ship out the actual quantity.

All back orders will be automatically cancelled. If you need to re-order, you may email us to notify you the arrival date of the sold out items.


  Q. Do you ship outside the U.S.?

A. Currently, we only ship to Puerto Rico.


  Q. I forgot my password, I can not log in, what can I do?

A. You can request a password by clicking on the "password forgotten?" link, you will receive an email with a new password so you can log in.

Changing password may be done after logging in. If all fails, give us a call so we can help you.


  Q. What is your return policy ?

A. We will only exchange defective (*ONLY UNUSED*) merchandise within 7 days of your receipt of the products accompanied with the invoice under the following conditions:

1 )The product must not be altered to disguise as a manufacture defect item. Please pack your returns carefully.

2 )Any item(s) for returns must be in its original packaging along with all its tags. We do not provide warranty on any products that have been used, abused or physically damaged.

3 )Any product(s) altered from its original packaging and without tags will not be accepted as returns.

4 )All returns must be notified us by email within 5 business days upon receipt of your order. Any returns found to be non-defective are subject to a restocking fee of 25%.

5 )Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Return or exchange shipping charges are the sole resposibility of the customer.

6 )If you need to return a defective item, please email to return@finesthandbagwholesale.com. Please included the item number, invoice number, qty to return, reason for return. We will notify you via email on how to send in your defective item. All returns sent in without authorization will not be credited.

7 )Approval for all returns is based upon inspection upon receipt by Finest Handbags Wholesale.

8 )Only in-store credit will be issued or items will be replaced (if defective ) on all returns.


  Q. How would my credit card be charged?

A. All of your purchases made with Finest Handbag Wholesale will be charged under Her Station Wholesale in your credit card statement.

Note: Items not shipped will not be charged to your credit card. All back orders with less than 40% of the total ordered amount will automatically be cancelled. We will notify you if more than half of your total ordered amount cannot be fulfilled.
